Open on Sundays from 10am-3pm January through July.
Housed in a former skeet lodge, the Visitor Center is a quaint natural history museum that has information about the history, plants, wildlife and trails of Topanga State Park. Inside the museum are exhibits of local Native American culture and history. There are also taxidermy animals such as a mountain lion, bobcat, mule deer and red-tail hawk. The Topanga Canyon Docents will be at the museum to welcome you during the visiting hours. Trail maps are also available.
